Workouts are better with friends! These are group-based classes. We have numerous classes throughout the week! There is sure to be a time that allows you to come to have the best hour of your day!
Saturdays @ 9am
Every Saturday we offer a free class for our entire gym and community to workout together at 10 am! These workouts are great to see people you may not see during the week because of going to different class times.
Fit Your Schedule
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
We have Coaches available to fit your schedule.
Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm - 4:30pm
Our kid's program is awesome. Its ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of young athletes.
