CrossFit Judges Course
I have always loved being outside and playing any and all sports. I worked as a building supervisor at the Rec. Center while at Abilene Christian University. A few years later in 2018 I tried my first CrossFit class and was hooked! After a few months, one of the coaches at CrossFit 325 told me I should think about becoming a coach. In January 2020 I received my CrossFit Level 1; three years later, in January of 2023, I became a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.
I was attending an out-of-state wedding and was getting dressed. I put on and buttoned up my shirt and it was pulling at the buttons. It was way too tight and very uncomfortable. While at the reception I told my wife Ariel "We have to get active again." We lived around the corner from a CrossFit Box so we signed up for a free week trial. We were welcomed in by the community and loved having people aiming for the same goal, to be active and better ourselves.
I want everyone to find enjoyment in fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I firmly believe CrossFit is the way to that for everyone! I love helping each person that walks into my class surprise themselves every day, whether it be trying something new, perfecting an old skill, or setting a PR. I want every person to leave my class proud of what they did and feel better than yesterday.
